Children in Venezuela urgently need your help
Two powerful earthquakes struck Venezuela on Wednesday, 24 June. Tragically, over 3,000 people, including children, have lost their lives, and thousands more are still unaccounted for.
While the world's attention moves on, children and families left struggling to survive still urgently need help. Heavy rainfall is worsening conditions for those sheltering in tents, damaged buildings and temporary settlements. Many are still without access to clean water, food or healthcare. This is the worst seismic disaster the country has endured in over a century.
As a member of the DEC (Disasters Emergency Committee), our local teams and partners are already there, delivering food, clean water, safe sanitation, and protection to children and families caught in the devastation. But every second counts for children with no food, no shelter, desperately waiting for help to arrive.
Please donate today to help get critical life-saving support to children and families in Venezuela.
